We conduct mystery visits all over the UK each and every month to some of your favourite shops, pubs, restaurants, bars and hotels.
We are looking for people with a good eye for detail and the ability to write well to help us complete these visits.
We'll ask you to visit a location, buy something, have a drink or something to eat. You'll need to look out for some key pointers during your visit and after you're done you'll need to fill out an online questionnaire to tell us about your experience.
In most cases an experience is for 2 people, so you get the chance to go to places you would normally choose to visit a little more often.
The information you provide is used by our clients to help improve the experience for the customer and reward well-performing staff.
How does the process work?
1 - Join our Database
Click on the link below to sign up. You'll need to provide us with some basic information and confirm your email address in order to sign up to our database.
2 - Add our number to your contacts
01442 877957 - If you see this pop up on your phone it'll be one of the friendly Service Monitor team.
3 - Check your phone or inbox
Once something becomes available which we think is a good match, our team will get in contact with you and give you the key details such as the date, location, and financial contribution.
4 - Accept a visit
If you'd like to take part, you'll be able to accept the visit. This part of the process is done on a first-come first-served basis, because there will usually be a number of different people who are suited to each visit, so if you're really keen then it's best to be quick!
5 - Complete your visit
We will send you over all the visit details and instructions, including a link to the online survey. It's important that you are subtle and discreet on the visit, whilst also being genuine and engaging. If it's your first time we will give you a call to guide you through the process.
6 - Collect your contribution
Once we have received all the required information (including your completed questionnaire and photos) we will transfer the agreed contribution directly to your bank account.
