Service Monitor have been appointed by Compass Group to run its ‘Did We Make You Smile’ customer feedback programme across its sites in the United Arab Emirates.
Service Monitor already run the programme across Compass Group’s UK sites and more European countries are due to come on board in the near future.
The Did We Make You Smile programme has been identified as the desired approach for the central EMEA team to benchmark their customer satisfaction levels and has been launched in the UAE, soon to be followed by the rest of the EMEA markets.
