Service Monitor have provided Edenred with research support to understand the perceptions of their service amongst teachers and the parents of pupils at their school.
Edenred provide the school meal voucher scheme for all schools in the UK and have had to develop and adapt their service and offering to ensure that every eligible family and child are able to access the essential vouchers during these very difficult times. The surveys conducted by Service Monitor provided Edenred with invaluable feedback on how their service is working and being received by these two differing groups. The insight provided has ensured that Edenred can validate that the processes they are putting in place are working for their customers. During the duration of the project we have also been able to drive large amounts of customer feedback to the Trustpilot site, an important platform for Edenred.
