Service Monitor will assist the operations team by providing genuine customer feedback via structured and profiled mystery customer visits on a periodical basis.

The detailed feedback, both quantitative and qualitative, will give the operations team the feedback they need to ensure that the product and service being delivered on site is always to the highest of standards.
