Service Monitor have just concluded a major piece of research aimed at giving Hall & Woodhouse a clear road map for the future.
The work, delivered by an online survey, is giving Hall & Woodhouse a clear steer in terms of market segmentation, what the menu/drinks offers should be and which pubs should be doing what in terms of their offer.
Mark Marshall says “Hall & Woodhouse pubs may be closed right now but that has in no way deterred them from scoping what the future looks like”.
