We are running our annual food survey for Hall & Woodhouse public houses. Guests may still ask for their favourites [pies, steak, burgers, fish and chips etc.] but these dishes need to be specified and presented at the top of their game. Our surveys are carried out live / real time in the pubs by Service Monitor interviewers. Guests are interviewed shortly after they have consumed the dishes in order to ensure that the feedback is based on a fresh in the mind reality; with no shade of opinion forgotten or left out.
