After 6 months of a trial period we are very pleased to announce that Laine Pub Company will be utilising our mystery customer programme across all venues within the business as of May 2019.
Having worked with Laine Pubs since they acquired the majority of the New Pub Company venues in 2018 we have been developing our programme to ensure it meets the requirements of a wonderfully eclectic mix of venues – ensuring all the feedback provided is both accurate and beneficial to the business.
We look forward to continuing to develop the mystery customer programme, utilising our profiled customers to provide feedback on all aspects of the customer experience including food and drink, service, ambiance and marketing messages.
