The Service Monitor team are very proud to have supported the Medirest Team in their successful day at the 2022 PENNA event this year held at Birmingham University.

The Patient Experience Network National Awards are a very prestigious annual event, bringing together some amazing businesses and healthcare trusts to showcase their innovations and patient focused activities.

Medirest were short listed in 3 separate categories:

  • Commissioning for Patient Experience – Finalist
  • Staff Engagement / Improving Staff Experience incl Medical Education for Healthcare Professionals – Winner
  • Patient Experience Manager / Professional of the Year – 2nd Place Stacey Dobson-Gurney

It was a very successful event and we are very proud of the work we have done to support the Medirest team in their insight endeavours.

Service Monitor has worked with Compass Group UK for over 8 years and has recently worked with the Medirest team to develop their insight platform – providing the online survey platform to capture feedback from patients and staff – as well as allowing the staff to capture their internal audit activities. Generated insights are then provided to all stakeholders via our online reporting dashboards.

This is one of many research programmes provided to Compass Group – not just in the UK but across all European markets and further afield to their business in Kazakhstan and Angola.
