Boris Johnson ordered pubs and restaurants to close in the U.K. and urged members of the public to remain indoors to avoid the spread of the coronavirus.

The Venues Collection

Stamford Bridge Singha Beer surveys

Service Monitor were appointed to interview fans at Stamford Bridge about their perceptions and thoughts of Singha Beer – the official beer of Chelsea FC and distributed by Shepherd Neame in the UK. The research was carried out at the game v. Liverpool on Sunday 22nd Sept. Mark Marshall, MD of Service Monitor & Chelsea supporter, commented “I am so proud for Service Monitor to be appointed to do this important work. Service Monitor faces up to guests for Shepherd Neame

Shepherd Neame and Service Monitor have been working together many a year on Mystery Guest programmes. We are now going to the next logical step and conducting face to face interviews with guests in the pub in order to understand at first-hand what guests think about their experience and how it could be further improved. Focus Groups have also been used as part of this ongoing exercise.
