Service Monitor has been commissioned to set up and run a comprehensive customer research programme that centralises insight from post-experience online surveys, review platform analysis, and mystery customer visits.

Having been introduced through our previous work with their CRM provider Airship, we were tasked with integrating with the CRM platform to manage post-experience invitations – as well as ultimately providing a 2-way data feed into the CRM data lake.

We provide the Spinners team with a centralised reporting platform that visualises the feedback from all data sources, minimising the effort needed to create a holistic view of customer sentiment.
