Did We Make You Smile Higher Eductation Spin & Win Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
- These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) set out the basis on which you may participate in the free Spin & Win described below (the “Promotion”).
- The Promotion is operated by Compass Contract Services (U.K.) Limited, a company registered in England & Wales under number 02114954 whose registered office is at Parklands Court, 24 Parklands, Birmingham Great Park, Rubery, Birmingham B45 9PZ (the “Promoter”).
- The Promotion is managed by the Promoter’s sub-contracted operator Service Monitor Limited, a company incorporated in England & Wales under number 04160858 whose registered office is at Richmond House, Walkern Road, Stevenage, Hertfordshire, SG1 3QP.
- By entering the Promotion, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in full, you should not enter the Promotion. If you enter the Promotion but subsequently seek not to accept the Terms and Conditions in full, you will not be eligible to win a Prize (as defined below).
- The Promotion is open to all residents of Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland) who are over the age of 18.
- Employees of the Promoter (or its affiliated companies), or its sub-contracted operator, and their immediate families, or other persons professionally connected with the Promoter, the sub-contracted operator and the Promotion are not eligible to participate.
- To enter the Promotion you need only to have completed the “Did We Make You Smile?” survey and at the end of the survey you will have the opportunity and option to play and spin the wheel.
- No purchase is required to enter the Promotion. Only one entry per visit to one of the Promoter’s restaurants or cafés operating the “Did We Make You Smile?” customer survey is permitted.
- The Promotion opens on 1st November 2022 and the Promotion shall run until 31st October 2023 (“Promotional Period”) although may be extended, or closed early, at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed entries for any technical, telecommunication or website error.
- The Prize is as stated only shown on screen and on your winners notice which pops up on your mobile phone. It is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternative or auctioned in whole or in part. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
- In order to claim the Prize, the Winner will be required to present their mobile phone with the with the winning notice and redemption bar on-screen to a member of the on-site catering team who will instruct you to activate the prize on your phone and to give further redemption instructions, if required
- The winning notification along with the redemption notice will deactivate after 72 hours if not redeemed following the steps identified in point 12.
- The Winner may be required to take part in reasonable post-award publicity and the Promoter reserves the right to publish the Winners’ names [on in unit notice boards][on its website and/or in postal communications].
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend or temporarily suspend the Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reasons outside its reasonable control which make this unavoidable, with no liability to any participant or third party.
- The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting the Prize.
- The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
