Compass Group Coca-Cola Product Giveaway Competition Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") govern participation in the Coca-Cola product giveaway competition (the “Promotion”) operated by Compass Group. By entering the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with any additional promotional materials relating to the Promotion.
The Promoter
- The Promotion is operated by Compass Group (Europe & Middle East) ("the Promoter"). The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
Eligibility
- The Promotion is open to customers of Compass Group at participating locations only.
- Participants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
- Employees of Compass Group, Coca-Cola, their subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies, and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant and to disqualify any participant who does not meet the eligibility criteria.
The Prize
- The prize consists of Coca-Cola branded product(s) as specified in the relevant promotional materials at the time of the Promotion.
- The specific product offered is only available while stocks last. In the event that the specified product is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
- Product provision is entirely at the discretion of Compass Group. The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to prize fulfilment is final and binding.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any prize that is lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.
How to Enter
- To enter the Promotion, participants must follow the instructions set out in the promotional materials at their participating Compass Group location.
- Only one entry per person is permitted per day unless otherwise stated.
- Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted after the closing date will be void.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received for any reason.
Promotional Period
- The Promotion runs for the duration specified in the relevant promotional materials at participating locations.
- The Promoter reserves the right to extend, shorten, or terminate the promotional period at any time.
- Entries received outside of the promotional period will not be eligible.
Winner Selection & Notification
- Winners will be selected in accordance with the mechanics described in the promotional materials (e.g. by random draw or via the Spin & Win feature).
- Winners must show their winning screen to a member of Promoter staff and activate the ‘redeem’ bar to confirm prize provision.
- The win rate for prizes is set by the Promoter and can be changed at any time.
- Winners will be notified by the method set out in the promotional materials. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 72 hours of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to invalidate the prize.
- The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Fraud, Abuse & Disqualification
- Any suspicion of abuse, fraud, manipulation, or dishonest participation in the promotional activity will result in no prize being awarded to the relevant participant, and that participant will be permanently disqualified from this and future Promotions.
- The use of automated entry systems, bots, scripts, or any other method designed to circumvent or manipulate the Promotion mechanics is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.
- Multiple entries using different identities, email addresses, or any other means to gain an unfair advantage will be considered abuse and will lead to disqualification.
- The Promoter reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and to take appropriate action, including withholding prizes pending investigation.
- The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found to have tampered with the entry process, acted in bad faith, or otherwise violated these Terms and Conditions.
Participating Locations
- The Promotion is available at selected Compass Group locations only. A list of participating locations is available on request from the local Compass Group representative.
- Participating locations may vary by market. The Promoter reserves the right to add or remove participating locations at any time.
- Availability of the Promotion and prizes may differ between markets and regions.
Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter and its associated companies accept no liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any participant arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or any prize.
- The Promoter is not responsible for any technical failures, including but not limited to malfunctions of computer systems, servers, or other equipment relating to the Promotion.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Data Protection & Privacy
- Should any personal data be collected in connection with this Promotion it will be processed by Compass Group in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
- Personal data will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion, including contacting and verifying winners, and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
- By entering the Promotion, participants consent to their data being used for the purposes described above.
Intellectual Property
- Coca-Cola is a registered trademark of The Coca-Cola Company. The Coca-Cola Company is not the sponsor of this Promotion, and all queries relating to the Promotion should be directed to Compass Group.
- All promotional materials remain the intellectual property of Compass Group and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
General
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local law in the jurisdiction in which the Promotion is being run.
- If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
- The Promoter’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision.
- These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between the participant and the Promoter in connection with the Promotion.
