Fuller's Feedback Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

How to enter the prize draw
  1. You must complete the entire Fuller’s Feedback survey by 23:59:59 on the final day of the calendar month.
  2. The prize draw for the next month will be open at 00:00:00 on the first day of the calendar month.
  3. The survey can be accessed via an email link, QR code, receipt link, Fuller’s Pub website or via www.fullersfeedback.co.uk.
  4. By entering, you agree to be bound by these conditions in relation to the prize draw managed by Service Monitor.
Eligibility
  1. Prize draws are open to United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland residents only.
  2. Prize draws are not open to Fuller’s or Service Monitor employees, nor any other companies connected to the prize draw, or their families.
  3. No purchase is necessary in order to enter the prize draw.
  4. Prize draws are only open to people aged 18 or over - we may require winners to prove they meet this requirement before the prize is despatched.
The draw
  1. Winners will be randomly selected from a list of eligible participants and notified directly by Service Monitor.
  2. Winners will be notified by telephone or email within 14 days of the draw.
  3. Those not contactable within 72 hours may be disqualified at our discretion and we may repeat the draw and award the prize to another entrant.
  4. We reserve the right to publish the first name and city of residence of any winners on our website for at least one month after the prize draw.
  5. We reserve the right to publish the first name and city of residence of any winners in promotional materials.
  6. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a prize at any point, without liability to the prize giver or winner(s).
  7. Our decision is final on all matters, and we will not enter into any further correspondence.
  8. Only one entry per person per month will be accepted. Multiple entries will be discounted. No third-party entries will be accepted.
The prize
  1. A single prize of £250 of Fuller’s vouchers is awarded each month.
  2. The vouchers may only be used on food or drink at a Fuller’s managed pub, excluding Thai kitchens.
  3. Prizes are offered as stated and are non-exchangeable or transferable. No cash alternatives will be provided.
  4. Prizes will be sent to winners within 72 hours of the winner confirming they accept the prize and meet all eligibility requirements.
  5. If the prize is a physical item, it will be posted with Royal Mail 2nd Class.
Limitation of liability
  1. Insofar as is permitted by law, Service Monitor, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Service Monitor, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Data protection and publicity
  1. Service Monitor is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and Service Monitor’s Privacy Policy.
  2. By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by Service Monitor or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition.
Governing law
  1. All our prize draws, and competitions will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
  2. Service Monitor reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any updated version will be effective as soon as it is published on the website.
