Park Holidays Annual Owners’ Survey 2026 Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

Every owner that completes the survey between Thursday 22nd October and Thursday 31st December 2026 will be entered into a single prize draw for Park Holidays UK and Park Leisure owners to win one of fifteen prizes: one prize of £1,000, four prizes of £250, and ten prizes of £100. Prizes are awarded as Loyalty Card credit or Account credit, depending on the loyalty scheme available at the owner’s park.

  1. The promoter is Park Holidays UK Limited, Glovers House, Glovers End, Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex, TN39 5ES. Service Monitor runs the survey and the prize draw on its behalf.
  2. The prize draw is open to Park Holidays UK and Park Leisure holiday home owners aged 18 or over who live in the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland.
  3. Employees of Service Monitor, Park Holidays UK, and Park Leisure, anyone else connected with running the prize draw, and their immediate families cannot enter.
  4. No purchase is necessary. To enter, complete the Annual Owners’ Survey between 00:01 on Thursday 22nd October 2026 and 23:59 on Thursday 31st December 2026. Surveys completed outside these dates will not be entered.
  5. Fifteen prizes are available in total, shared across all Park Holidays UK and Park Leisure entries: one prize of £1,000, four prizes of £250, and ten prizes of £100.
  6. Prizes are awarded as Loyalty Card credit or Account credit, depending on the loyalty scheme available at the winner’s park.
  7. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative will be offered.
  8. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the draw closes, and Park Holidays UK will contact them directly.
  9. Park Holidays UK will apply the prize credit to each winner’s Loyalty Card or account.
  10. The promoter may ask a winner to confirm they meet the entry requirements before the prize is awarded. If a winner is ineligible or cannot be contacted, a replacement winner may be drawn.
  11. Personal information is used only to run the survey and the prize draw. Winners’ names will not be published without their consent. See Service Monitor’s privacy policy for details.
  12. The promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw if circumstances outside its control make this necessary.
  13. The promoter’s decision is final on all matters relating to the prize draw.
  14. By entering, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
