Every guest that completes a survey before Wednesday 30th November 2023 will be entered into a prize draw to win £500 of Park Leisure Holiday Vouchers.

1. Park Leisure will randomly draw one winner in December 2023.
2. The winner will be entitled to £1,000 of Park Leisure Holiday Vouchers to be taken during the 2024 or 2025 holiday season.
3. Holidays are subject to availability.
4. All holidays must be in compliance with Park Leisure Terms and Conditions which can be found at https://www.parkleisureholidays.co.uk/terms-and-conditions.
5. Voucher cannot be redeemed for holidays at Rye Harbour, Wood Farm and Sandhills Parks.
6. Park Leisure reserve the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time.
7. Prize draws are not open to Service Monitor employees, nor companies connected to the prize draw, or their families.
8. No purchase is necessary in order to enter the prize draw.
9. Prizes are offered as stated and are non-exchangeable or transferable. No cash alternatives will be provided.
10. Winner will be randomly selected from a list of eligible participants and notified directly by Park UK Holidays by post.
11. Prizes will be mailed to winners within 72 hours of the draw closing.
12. If the prize is a physical item, it will be posted with Royal Mail 2nd Class.
13. We cannot be held responsible for prizes that do not arrive, whether sent by us or the prize giver.
14. We may list the first name and city of residence of any winners on our website for at least one month after the prize draw.
15. We reserve the right to publish the first name and city of residence of any winners in promotional materials.
16. Prize draws are only open to people aged 18 or over - we will require winners to prove they meet this requirement before the prize is despatched.
17. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a prize at any point, without liability to the prize giver or winner(s).
18. Our decision is final on all matters and we will not enter into any further correspondence.
19. By entering, you agree to be bound by these conditions in relation to any prize draw managed by Service Monitor or Park Leisure.
