Service Monitor are once again engaging face to face with customers of Eclectic Bars. After a recent massive relaunch of Le Fez Putney – for which Service monitor carried out guest focus groups prior to the investment – we are this time engaging with users of Lola Lo Cambridge to see how they would like their club transformed. Service Monitor have worked with Eclectic for 15 years on mystery clubber and focus group feedback.
