Time2Eat App Integration

Having worked with Compass Group for five years, developing customer feedback programmes across all of their UK business, we have now fully integrated with their new ordering app ‘Time2Eat’. Time2Eat allows customers to view menus from a variety of supplied cafés restaurants and brands and place their order for COVID-safe collection.

Fuller’s close out 2020 on an all time high

Fuller’s Feedback, the guest feedback programme run by Service Monitor, recorded a record level of NPS in Nov/Dec. Since re-opening in July, Fuller’s pubs have been wowing guests with their levels of safety, amazing beers and food offerings.

B&M, the operator of over 600 discount stores throughout the UK, have appointed Service Monitor to run a survey to generate their NPS (Net Promoter Score) versus two of their major competitors.

Hall & Woodhouse – Looking to the future

Service Monitor have just concluded a major piece of research aimed at giving Hall & Woodhouse a clear road map for the future. The work, delivered by an online survey, is giving Hall & Woodhouse a clear steer in terms of market segmentation, what the menu/drinks offers should be and which pubs should be doing what in terms of their offer.

Engaging Parents and Teachers – Edenred Online Research

Service Monitor have provided Edenred with research support to understand the perceptions of their service amongst teachers and the parents of pupils at their school. Edenred provide the school meal voucher scheme for all schools in the UK and have had to develop and adapt their service and offering to ensure that every eligible family and child are able to access the essential vouchers during these very difficult times. The surveys conducted by Service Monitor provided Edenred with invaluable feedback on how their service is working and being received by these two differing groups. The insight provided has ensured that Edenred can validate that the processes they are putting in place are working for their customers. During the duration of the project we have also been able to drive large amounts of customer feedback to the Trustpilot site, an important platform for Edenred.

Park Holidays UK - Changing consumer behaviour

With the general move to UK ‘staycationing’ in the light of Covid, Service Monitor have been busy helping Park Holidays UK understand the shifts in customer behaviours and demographics behind their boom in holiday home ownership and holiday making. In-depth telephone interviewing with new owners and online surveys with holiday makers are providing strategic intelligence into how the future is going to look.
