COVID-19 Compliance Measurement
Service Monitor have launched a COVID-19 Compliance service using a combination of Mystery Customer and Online Survey feedback to monitor compliance. We are working together will all our clients to enhance their existing programmes to make sure that when pubs, bars, hotels, restaurants, holiday parks and shops reopen we can help make them as safe as possible, whilst also enforcing compliance with the latest government guidelines.
