Compass Group, a client of the Service Monitor for over 7 years, have rolled out their UK customer research programme – Did We Make You Smile – across all of their European and Middle East markets.
The success of the research – designed, developed, and managed by Service Monitor – has led them to commission it as the central research programme for their EME and Global business.
Markets such as Germany, Italy, Spain, UAE, Norway, Sweden, Slovakia and Switzerland have all launched the programme across their client sites, with further markets in Europe in the set-up stage and markets in Africa and Asia also in discussion.
The Did We Make You Smile programme is specifically designed for the unique customer base that Compass Group serves and has proven extremely insightful for the Compass marketing, operational and culinary teams looking to deliver world class services.
