Service Monitor have now added to the 17 countries that are already covered by the Did We Make You Smile (DWMYS) customer feedback survey as we launch the programme in Saudi Arabia. Compass Group are a contract catering and support services supplier and for a number of years now we have been their partner for customer feedback services.
