Service Monitor have been busy conducting mystery guest visits to Hall & Woodhouse managed pubs as they have been re-opening.

In addition to the usual measures of hospitality, adherence to standards, food and drink quality, Service Monitor are also looking at compliance to the Covid counter-measures put in place.
