Service Monitor has been harvesting the views of patients, visitors and staff at Luton & Dunstable and Bedford Hospital Trusts.

Deploying online surveys and face to face interviews, Service Monitor have been focusing on what catering facilities are needed and likewise on site retail.

Both hospitals will be utilising the results as part of their ongoing upgrade activity.
