Having worked with Compass Group for five years, developing customer feedback programmes across all of their UK business, we have now fully integrated with their new ordering app ‘Time2Eat’.

Time2Eat allows customers to view menus from a variety of supplied cafés restaurants and brands and place their order for COVID-safe collection.

Feedback can be given directly within the app, with scores directly linked to any orders placed, to enable feedback on specific food and drink items purchased – giving Compass Group real depth to their food and drink insight.

Time2Eat becomes an additional feedback mechanic for Did We Make You Smile, along with QR codes, touch screen kiosks and comment cards.
